No Yellowstone This Time

Ran into rain, wind and thunderstorms so we deterred around Yellowstone.  Will ride through on the way back from Alaska.

    What a coincidence, we were deterred from going through Yellowstone also in 1969. It was January and the road was totally blocked by snow.(We were in a car on our way from NYC to San Francisco) A snow plow in front of us couldn’t even keep up with the snow. We had to turn back.Unlike your plans to return on the way back, we took another route back.
